Applications are invited from Pakistani Nationals for the Punjab university job on a Permanent basis as indicated against each plus usual allowance admissible under the rules at the Institute of Education and Research/University Laboratory High School, IER.

Post: Principal (BS-17)

Age: 30

Requirement:  MA/MSc/BS (2 Division) or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education from HEC recognized University/Institution with B.Ed./M.Ed/MA Edu. School administrative experience will be preferred.

Post: S.S.T. Science/Arts (BS-16)

Age:28 

Requirement: MA/MSc./BS (2Division) in Biology/Chemistry/Physics/Math/ Urdu/English or equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education from HEC recognized University/Institution with B.Ed./M.Ed./M.A. Edu.

Post: Computer Teacher (BS-14)

Age: 25

Requirement:  BCS/BSc Computer Science at least 2 divisions from HEC recognized Institutions along with B.Ed/M.Ed./MA Edu. Two years of teaching experience. 

Post: Junior Clerk (BS-11) Driver

Age: 25 

FA/FSC (2nd Division) or equivalent qualification. Typing test on Computer- Minimum speed 40 words WPM. Matrics

Post: Driver (BS-5)

Age: 25

Requirement:  Matric, HTV/ PSV

Terms & Condition:

General age relaxation of maximum five (5) years in upper age limit as per Government of the Punjab S&GAD circular letter No. SOR-I (S&GAD) 9-36/81 dated 04-11-2006 

The Institute of Education and Research, University of Punjab reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of advertised posts or withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.

Only short-listed candidates will be called for a test/interview. The Candidate having higher qualifications will be given preference. 

Incomplete/late applications will not be entertained.

No T.A./D.A. will be admissible to the candidate called for test/interview.

Already in-service applicants should apply through the proper channels and submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by the appointing authority, showing that the department will have no objection to relieve if the applicant is selected.
