The following candidates have been selected for admission to DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) Regular for the academic Session 2021 subject to the following conditions: -

 1. Any candidate who is found at any time to have obtained admission by making any fake statement in the Admission Form or by willful concealment of any material fact (particularly about marks, division, previous admission to the Department/College/Institute/Center or employment, expulsion, conviction; etc.) shall be dropped from the rolls of the University. 

2. Students shall pay their dues in the United Bank Limited by the prescribed date after obtaining necessary challan forms from the Department/College/Institute/Center office, before the close of banking hours 22 Dec 2021. Those who do not deposit their dues within this period shall lose their right to admission. 

3. The Candidates are required to bring their all original documents along with 03 sets of attested photocopies of documents for admission i.e. Matric, F.Sc.(pre-medical) / A-level, Domicile, provisional Character Certificate of the last institute attended Medical Certificate, CNIC/B-Form, copy of Father/ Guardian CNIC, Passport size 4 colored photographs, Hifze Quran certificate if (applicable), Passport for dual national /overseas Pakistanis along with Affidavit on an amount of Rs. 20/- etc. as per specimen available at University website. 

4. This merit list was generated by Web Development Cell through an automated system. Errors/omissions are expected and the University reserves the right to correct any typographical error, omission, etc

 Students shall pay their dues in the United Bank Limited by the prescribed date after obtaining necessary challan forms from the Department/College/Institute/Center office, before the close of banking hours 24 Dec 2021. Those who do not deposit their dues within this period shall lose their right to admission.

 The selected students shall pay their dues in the United Bank Limited by the prescribed date after obtaining necessary challan forms from the Department/College/Institute/Center office, before the close of banking hours 29 Dec 2021. Those who do not deposit their dues within this period shall lose their right to admission
