Punjab finally approved Adhoc relief allowance 2023 @ Running Basic pay

In 21st cabinet meeting of Caretaker Government of Punjab approved the salary increase and pension increase as per federal government of Pakistan. Today finance Department Government of Punjab issued a summary notification regarding the increase in the salary and pension of the government employees as announced in the budget of Punjab Government.

The statement showing the new increase in the salary of government employee is as follows:

This salary chart shows the stage wise increase in the salary of Punjab Government employees for the financial year 2023.

 Approval of Adhoc relief Allowance (ARA-2023) @ 35% of running basic pay as per 30 june 2023 for grade 1 to grade 16

 Approval of Adhoc relief Allowance (ARA-2023) @ 30% of running basic pay as per 30 june 2023 for grade 17 to grade 22

17% increase in the Pension of the Civil Servants of Government of Punjab upto 80 years and 20% increase in pension above 80 years.

15% increase in the pension of the government employees as per finance department's notification number FD-SR-iii-4-160/2021 dated 21 july 2022
