- Customer Support (Sales)

Willing to work during US hours (7 pm - 4 am) Evening shift ONLY

We are hiring Fresh Pharmacists/DPTs/BBA/BCOM/BA/MBA/Engineering gradates for our Customer Support Executive role for a US based medical insurance campaign (Outbound Campaign) with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists, No Prior Experience is required!

Location: Lahore, Pakistan.

Experience: 0 to 1 year

Salary: Market competitive salary with uncapped commission

Job Description:-

-Must be able to conduct outbound calls a day

-Must have Excellent communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common

-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

-Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

-Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

-Perform other duties as assigned by management

-Willing to work during US hours (7 pm onwards) Evening shift
