Initially, at the time of Appointment the graduates are given the post of "Charge Nurse"

in BPS-16. After some years in Service and obtaining higher qualification they become the head nurse in the hospital. 

What are the Eligibility criteria of Nursing degree?

For Diplomas. 

Applicant must meet one of the following academic level
a. F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with 45% marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects)
b. Matric (Science) with 45 % marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects) ·     

For Degree:

a.   Matric Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects) 

b.   F.Sc (Pre-Medical) with 50% marks minimum (Physics, Chemistry & Biology as compulsory subjects) ·         

what is the fee for Nursing graduates in Pakistan?

Registration fee for the Nursing in Pakistan is almost 3000 for the first time.

Is there any licensing exam for the Nursing in Pakistan?

 PNC-Licensure Examination for Family Welfare Worker. All Graduates are required to get themselves registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council.

Is there any scholarships available for nursing Education in Pakistan?

National Endowment Scholarships for Talent (NEST) under the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training has been announced 1000 scholarships particularly for the nursing professionals in different degree level programs i.e Generic BSN, Master in Nursing (MSN), PhD in Nursing.
